2015 Collegiate ECHO Marketing Challenge
The Collegiate ECHO Marketing Challenge is a nation-wide competition that provides college students a real-world, dynamic opportunity to put marketing theory into practice. My team, Crown & Hammer, was challenged to create an integrated marketing campaign for DIRECTV with a goal of increasing the number of subscriptions that are driven through DIRECTV’s Refer-a-Friend program. We utilized various research methodologies to gain consumer insight, which led us to create the brand platform and marketing strategy. Our campaign won First Place Gold out of 200 national teams, and we received honorable mentions for our research and direct response marketing tactics.
